Terms and Conditions

1. Nature of Prepaid Service

All services offered are prepaid. By purchasing a prepaid plan, the customer pays in advance for
access to telecommunications services for a fixed service period. Prepaid plans do not constitute a
recurring, installment, or ongoing service agreement. Prepaid service may be offered in connection
with a third-party membership or program. Membership fees, pricing, and discounts are determined
by the membership provider and are separate from the prepaid telecommunications service.

2. Service Period & Expiration

Each prepaid plan is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of activation (not purchase), unless
otherwise stated. If the plan is not renewed prior to the end of the service period, service will expire
and access to all services will end.

3. No Automatic Renewal

Prepaid plans do not automatically renew unless the customer has explicitly opted in. It is the
customer’s responsibility to ensure auto-renewal is enabled if continuous service is desired.

4. Suspension Due to Non-Renewal

If a prepaid plan is not renewed within seventy-two (72) hours following expiration, the customer’s
line will be suspended, and all services will be disabled. Suspension does not guarantee retention of
the phone number.

5. Reactivation Grace Period

Following suspension, the customer has thirty (30) days to reactivate service by purchasing a new
prepaid plan. Reactivation on the same phone number may be available but is not guaranteed and is
subject to carrier policies and inventory availability.

6. Number Reassignment & Loss

If service is not reactivated within the reactivation period, the phone number may be permanently
deactivated and reassigned. Phone numbers are not owned by the customer and remain the
property of the service provider or underlying carrier.

7. Unused Balances

Unless otherwise stated, unused data, minutes, messages, or services do not roll over and have no
cash value.

8. Refund Policy

Prepaid services are non-refundable once activated, except where required by applicable law. No
refunds or credits will be issued for unused service or failure to renew. Refunds for membership fees
or third-party services must be requested from the membership provider and are not the
responsibility of the service provider.

9. Service Availability & Performance

Service availability and performance may vary based on location, network conditions, device
compatibility, and network management practices. Uninterrupted service is not guaranteed.

10. Suspension or Termination for Cause

The company reserves the right to suspend or terminate service without refund for violations of
these Terms, fraud, abuse, or as required by law.

11. Changes to Plans or Terms

The company may modify plans, pricing, or these Terms at any time. Changes will apply
prospectively and will be communicated via the company’s website, customer portal, or other
reasonable means.

12. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for timely renewal, monitoring usage and expiration dates, and porting
phone numbers prior to deactivation if they wish to retain them.

13. Membership Cancellation

If prepaid service is offered in connection with membership, cancellation or expiration of the
membership may result in immediate loss of access to discounted pricing or service eligibility. Upon
membership cancellation, service may be suspended, terminated, or converted to a non-member
plan, if available. Continued service is not guaranteed without an active membership.

14. Customer Support

Customer support for billing, membership terms, pricing, and promotions is provided by the
membership provider. Technical support related to network service may be provided by the service
provider or its partners, as applicable.

15. Marketing & Representations

The service provider is not responsible for representations, promises, or guarantees made by third-
party membership providers that are inconsistent with these Terms.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service provider shall not be liable for indirect,
incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law
principles.

18. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, activating, or using the prepaid service, the customer acknowledges and agrees to
these Terms & Conditions.
